Keeping eagle eye on the activities of BSNL Management for the Development of JE cadre, SNATTA CHQ has decided to move firmly and vigorously on the long pending charter of demands which were placed in front of the Management on several intervals.
Time has been elapsed already in pen and paper and Time has came for raising the demands in a stronger way with fledge of Unity and It is being requested to all DR JEs to get themselves ready for selfless United fight on call of your own SNATTA CHQ in coming days, preferably after the Independence Day of this year.
Our CHARTER OF DEMANDS, Which will be placed in front of Management again further to intimate with our Roaring Voice.

  1. Immediate Commencement of 3 NOS of JTO LICE, which is pending date.
  2. Reduction of 1st NEPP from 8 years to 4 Years for DR JEs immediately in this Restructuring Process with the modification of NEPP Clause.
  3. OTP (ONLINE TRANSFER PORTAL) facility to be extended up to JE cadre as The candidates from different part of India appeared in All India JE recruitment and they are posted in Different parts of this country, and should get online flexible process to apply for transfer of their choice by keeping the departmental interest of service intact.’
  4. Time Bound Pay upgradation to be Extended for DR JE Cadre also like the Executive Cadre.
