Request to pay highest attention to break the deadlock in the career progression of JEs of punjab circle

GS has written to Dir(HR) for the declaration of final result followed by training of JTO (T)LICE qualified candidates for VY2014-15, VY2015-16, VY2016-17 and VY2017-18 of Punjab Circle.It is very painful to express our grievances in present scenario just to aware of the fact that
even after more than four years since JTO LICE for VY 2014-15 were conducted and candidates
are anxiously waiting for training and further process of promotion till now. They are losing
their seniority on PAN INDIA basis and also facing pay loss. This is one the worst condition to
destroy the career progression of the JEs of Punjab circle.General Secretary writes and urge to Dir(HR) to give necessary instruction to Punjab circle to resolve this long pending issue
immediately and break the deadlock in their career growth by rectifying previous issues latest by this month and made them able to Promote and to perform their duties stress-free with more energy, enthusiasm and without the feelings of exploitation
