General Secretary SNATTA CONVEYED MESSAGE TO ALL JEs OF BSNL

G

Good afternoon all JEs

Thank you for the support of all JEs, As per our scheduled plan more than 40 JEs reached Delhi.
The delegation was led by DGS SNATTA and the delegation met with GS NFTE and GS BSNLEU at NFTE CHQ office.
All the staff side members of wage negotiation committee were present there.

We represented our demand of pay scale 37500 to both the GS of NFTE and BSNLEU along with proper explaination and justification.
As they were of the view that pay scales have been finalized after lot of deliberation and a time of 6 months so we demanded that scale of JEs to be upgraded to NE 10 and anyhow unions must not demand any lower pay scale for us.
Discrimination in financial upgradation to Non Executive vis a vis Executive was also raised for early settlement.
Both the GS listened to our points and said they will ensure that low pay scales will not be proposed by them.

The demand for the pay scale was represented by all the present delegates in an effective manner.

Dear friends the struggle has just began and it is going to be long.
We need to keep up our continuous pursuation and keep ourselves motivated.

All of us need to stay united on our platform of SNATTA an association solely of JEs and participate actively and enmass in all the future activities.

SNATTA thanks all the JEs who reached there and also to all the JEs to support such a campaign that we assembled at Delhi in such encouraging numbers.
