GS has written to Dir(HR) regarding to amend the “Non-Executive Promotion Policy” and change the qualifying service requirement for first up-gradation of IDA pay scale from 8(eight) yeas to 4(four) years for BSNL recruited non-executive employees and to provide the legitimate justice to this particular JE Cadre.. It must be revised as ,it is now also self contradictory Policy with JTO RR 2014 Letter No. 5-32/2013-Estt.IV Dtd on 14.10.2015 (Which supposed to give Promotion to JEs in Executive Cadre in 5 years). JE is a Non-Executive Cadre and It should get the Privilege of NEPP prior to availing the criteria of JTO RR 2014 .
