A team of SNATTA CTD led by shri Ravi raj Circle Seretary/SNATTA CTD met with different levels of CTD management’s : CGM ,PGM HR & admin, PGM EB and CFA, DGM HR .We rise up strongly our voice with management and demand serious intervention on immediate basis.

1. Transfer process happened of many j.e is totally non productive & unjustified,need to correction of loop hole in recent issued transfer order of j.e 
2. We draw their attention about pending CR file and demand complete immediately.
3. Pending NEPP case should be send for DPC as soon as possible
4. Publication of list of all eligible candidates for next JTO lice including 2014 recruitment. 5. Empanelled hospital should be renewal  6. Need approval of long pending rule 8 cases. 7. Vehicle arrangement is necessary for RF, BTS and transmission section. 8. We demand appreciation certificate on behalf of BSNL for best performers in all  sections once in a year.
Management agree to solve some issues as soon as possible and rest will be looked as per need.

Calender and Diary of SNATTA is given to all circle management and also representative of different union and Association of BSNL Calcutta Telephones.

Employees are the biggest asset of any organization. We cannot expect progress by demoralizing his morale. 5 years have passed,can't wait anymore BSNL Employees need 3rd pay revision now

🇮🇳 BSNL is a non-profit organisation providing telecom services across nation including far flung backward areas.#BSNL Staff are still deprived of their most basic right of pay revision, We demand 3rd PRC.

BSNL employees are being deprived from every financial benefits despite of giving 100% for the department and hence like other PSUs, BSNL EMPLOYEES need financial benefits by implementing 3rd Pay Revision.
